A clean copy in red boards.Some bumping and a little fading on the spine - where is a picture of a black monk. A man and a girl skating on the front. Pale green flowerey end papers. A prize plate fro the county borough of Grimsby to 'Claude Forster' signed by three local dignatories. A Frontispiece of christmas? decorating and a vignette of a boy and girl looking into a secret passage. Some scattered spotting particularly on the end papers. The book is sound and complete but the stitching has stretched a little.
